We want your business, not just once but for repeat orders. To ensure that we deserve your trust, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase! In the event that you wish to return the product purchased on this website due to our errors or omissions or a defective product please contact us at our email address so we can correct the problem. At your request, within 30 days of purchase, either a refund or replacement of goods will be made. (Refunds will not include shipping costs unless agreed to prior to purchase.) BLADES are not covered by any warranty against breakage, chipping or other damage. The Australian Ceramic Knife Company warranty similarly excludes blade damage from coverage as improper use can result in failure.
We make every effort to see that products are of high quality and want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Our internet pricing is aggressive and does not allow us to offer an extended warranty. Certainly any problem developing within 30 days will be corrected by us. Product problems after this initial 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis with free replacement parts made on a goodwill basis if at all. IF you want a lifetime warranty some of our competition will offer this but your cost will be significantly higher so you really pay for this up front. Buy two knives & keep one as a spare!
Purchasers must ensure that they are permitted to own the knives sold by The Australian Ceramic Knife Company.com under their respective Federal, State or Provincial regulations before ordering. Having no control over the use of our products and since any product is open to misuse, under no circumstances will The Australian Ceramic Knife Company be liable for any loss, expenses, actual or consequential damage to persons or property of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Knives are sharp and made to cut things, ceramic knives are no different except that they remain sharp for a much longer time!
